CODE OF CONDUCT
MAYDE CREEK AQUATIC CLUB
  1. Arrive on time with all gear including goggles, cap, suit, towel
    and fluids for hydration
  2. Respect fellow swimmers, coaches, board members and parents
  3. Report improper behavior to a coach
  4. Respect fellow teammates and leave their belongings alone
  5. Listen and follow directions given by the coaches and do not talk
    back or argue
  6. Respect the Mayde Creek High School facility at ALL times
  7. Be a positive example for others and exhibit a good attitude and
    spirit
The following behaviors will NOT be tolerated and are subject to
disciplinary action including removal from the team:

  1. Disrespect of a Coach, destruction or degradation of people,
    places and objects
  2. Abusive language
  3. Physical contact with another swimmer, coach or parent with the
    intent of harm
  4. Damage to Mayde Creek High School or swim equipment
  5. Running on deck and/or bleachers
  6. Splashing, loud and rowdy behavior in and out of the water


I have read the above and do hereby agree to and will abide by the
Mayde Creek Aquatic Club Team Code of Conduct as so stated.
